The ancient name of Patan is Lalitpur meaning, city of beauty. It is indeed a city of beauty and grace and is planned on a circular format with Buddhist stupas at each of the four points of the compass. The city is three Kilometers south-east of Kathmandu across the river Bagmati. Like Kathmandu, its center of attraction is its Durbar Square complex, situated right in the middle of the market place. The city is full of Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples with fine bronze gateways, guardian deities and wonderful carvings. Noted for its craftsmen and metal workers, it is also know as the city of artists. The city is believed to have been built during the reign of Vira Dev in A.D. 299.

UNESCO lists this nativity site, identified by Indain Emperor Ashoka’s commemorative pillar as a World Heritage Site. The main attraction of Lumbini remains the Sacred Garden which spread over 8sq km , possessing all the treasures of the historic area. The Mayadevi temple is the main attraction for pilgrims and archaeologists alike. Here we find a bas relief of Mayadevi, Lord Buddha’s mother giving birth to him. Standing west to the Mayadevi shrine is the oldest monument of Nepal, the Ashoka Pillar. Emperor Ashoka erected the pillar in 249 BC to commemorate his pilgrimage to the sacred site. To the south of the pillar, we find the sacred pond, {Puskarni} where Queen Mayadevi had taken a bath just before giving birth to Lord Buddha. Dhulikhel is scenic and town situated 30 kilometers east of Kathmandu on the Arniko Rajmarg (Kathmandu Kodari Highway). From here one can have a panoramic view of the Himalayan range. The temple is situated on a high mountain range and is visited during fair weather. There are two ways to get to Muktinath from Kathmandu. It is believed that one should visit this temple after competing pilgrimages of four Dhams in India. This temple is held sacred by Hindus as well as Buddhists. The Jwala Mai temple nearby contains a spring and an eternal flame fed by natural gas underground. Jomsom is a major center in the Annapurna region. Day 1 Arrive Kathmandu

Day 2 Sightseeing around Kathmandu
After an early breakfast, you are ready to do sightseeing tour in 4 major places in Kathmandu - Swoyambhunath (Monkey temple), Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, and Kathmandu durbar squire. We begin today's sightseeing tour with a visit to Swoyambhunath a 2500-year old site where, it is believed, the Radiant Lotus of the valley-mythology, settled when the water was drained by Manjushri, the god of Wisdom. The 5 dhyani Buddha's attended by their consorts are enshrined at the base of the stupa. (Non-Hindus are not allowed inside Swayambhunath temple) then continues tour into Boudhanath it is the world,s largest stupa and of Tibetan Buddhist Culture in Nepal. Day 4 Kathmandu - Chitwan
Drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan and it takes about five hours. The Chitwan National Park is the lush valley of Chitwan situated in the foothills of Churia ranges which houses the first National Park of the Kingdom. This National Park is famous for its variety of wildlife especially the Great Indian One Horned Rhinoceros and the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. Day 8 Sarankot, Peace stupa and boating at Fewa Lake
Today you will wake up early in morning to go to Sarankot which is very famous viewpoint for sunrise and sunset. On the other hand it is popular spot to view the gigantic and snowcapped Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. It is nearly 1 hour drive to go and back. Then, in the afternoon visit to Peace Stupa, nearly one and half hour hiking to the top then descend to the lake Fewa for boating.
Day 9 Pokhara - Kathmandu
After breakfast, you will drive back to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, you can spend the rest of the day for relaxing or shopping

Langtang trekking also called Langtang valley trek which goes through Langtang national park. Popular trekking names in Langtang area is Langtang valley trekking, Langtang and Gosainkund trekking, Ganja La pass trek, Gosainkund trekking, Gosainkund and Helambu valley trekking, Helambu valley treks and Shivapuri hilly valley of Kathmandu trekking. The Langtang treks are located in central Nepal and north of Kathmandu. Popular places of Langtang trekking are Kyanjing Gompa and Tserko Ri who reach Kyanjing Gompa they will make day excursion to Tserko Ri from where see the best view of Himalayas.
This trek starts from Sybru Bensi, ends at Melamchi Pul Bazar. From Sybru Bensi, you will follow the Langtang River to the east until you get to Kyanching Gompa (3,049.). In Kyanjing Gompa there is a small Buddhist monastery and a cheese factory started in 1955 by the Swiss Association for Technical Assistance. When you are crossing the pass there are spectacular views of Langtang Lirung and the Tibetan peaks beyond.
The Langtang valley is aptly called "the valley of glaciers". Here the mountain - view is spectacular. On either side of valley, mountains rise, soaring in to the sky. The valley offers pain forest, slow moving rivers and swift mountain streams, rugged rock and snow- capped peaks. In the upper part of valley there are snow bridges spanning angry torrents, high passes enveloped in mist, tiny lake with icebergs floating on them and water of crystalline brightness. There are also high mountains of solid ice. Gosainkunda, regarded as sacred land in Hinduism, is dotted with lakes atop the mountain, offering a quiet respite. There are few visitors outside of those who come for the summer festival.
Gosaikunda lies north of Kathmandu. The Gosaikunda loop is quite remote and thinly populated area. Gosaikunda, a glacier lake, is the most famous one with several others glacier lakes adjoining it. Thousands of Hindu pilgrims visit the lakes during a full- moon festival in August and Hindu people believe that the god Mahadev (Shiva), intoxicated by grief due to his wife's (Parbati) death, felt thirsty so he hit the stone with his holy stick, thus creating the lakes. In the same place Lake Gosaikunda originates and Hindu people believe that the image of Mahadev can be seen in the middle surface of the water. The lake is also scared to Buddhists.
Helambu trek is short and easy trek have Nepal and easily access from Kathmandu. Helambu offer many Monastery visit, Rhododendron forest (flower; March/April), superb mountain views, picturesque Sherpa settlements, friendly people and after all unspoiled culture of the area. This trek is more like cultural trek than mountain and glacier expeditions. People here call themselves Sherpas but their relationship with the Sherpa of Solu Khumbu is distant.The dialects spoken are also different. People here follow the Buddhist religion so you will find many old Buddhist monasteries in the villages. Tarkegyang is another Sherpa town along the way, which bears its own story.
Langtang Tilman Pass trekking we drive through ripe, golden-yellow, paddy fields and lush sub-tropical vegetation to the road head at the Tamang village of Chautara. Or we can start from Syabrubesi and end it at Chautara. Langtang Tilman Pass walk is also known as the Jugal Panch Pokhari trekking - a set of five small lakes - ensconced in a vast boulder-strewn amphitheatre, where we encamp near the small temple to Vishnu, a place of pilgrimage for local Hindus from the surrounding Helambu region but presently deserted. Langtang Tilman pass trekking trail is famous trekking trail for the Superb Himalayan scenery including the Langtang, Gaurishanker, and Rolwaling Himalaya range.
This is a fantastic hike from Kathmandu. Few people trek around Kathmandu valley. Yet it offers a rich insight into the lives, history, culture and religion of its inhabitants. You will walk mostly shivapuri watershed forests and villages during your trekking time. Shivapuri hill (2729m) is the highest point of this trekking. 
This is a superb introduction to trekking in Nepal among some of the most beautiful scenery in the whole country, with rich tamang culture. Many years ago Nepal, fought with Tibet for salt and some of the biggest areas where this war took place is in the Langtang Region of Nepal, wherein lies the third most popular trekking trail in Nepal. 
Panch Pokhari is named after 5 holy ponds and Hindus religiously respect the place. This is just northeast of Kathmandu toward snow wall. The beautiful Himalayan view and pristine nature with distinct culture is the most attraction of the trek. We take a bus ride out of the Valley and up through the hills. After 5 hours bus ride we arrive at the trek starting point called Chautara.
