Royal and Silklish Trek!

Trek in Royal and Siklish
Duration: 04-08 days

This is the excellent and popular short trek in Nepal. Spectacular views of Machhapuchhere, Himchuli, Annapurna, Lamjung Himal, beautiful lakes Begnash and Rupa. Pine, Oak, Rhododendron, orchid trees, villages of Indo-Aryan, Bahun, Chhetri and Mongoloid lure to trekkers. This trek has got name after trekked by Prince Charles.



Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive In Kathmandu
This is the first welcoming day that we meet upon arrival at the Kathmandu International Airport and transfer to Hotel. Short briefing will be followed about necessary formalities and rest of the program. Depending on your arrival time you will have choice of visiting nearby sanctuaries or rest of the time free for leisure.

Day 2 : Sightseeing / Cultural Day In Kathmandu
Half day sightseeing around Kathmandu, Patan city where you will have time to fascinating Buddhist and Hindu temples and shrines reflecting ancient local tradition are highlighted on my guided tour. There's time to explore the city's many charms on your own or take a rest while I finalize trekking area permits. In the evening delicious traditional Nepali well come dinner await for you. Day 3 : Kathmandu- Pokhara
Today we drive to Pokhara (200km), approximately 7 hours away by tourist bus. We will see good scenery of countryside while driving. We will be arriving late afternoon at Pokhara around 2:00 o'clock . Pokhara is an enchanting Himalayan Valley of remarkable beauty. We can explore its scenic land on bicycle/on foot or as your own like boating in Fewa Lake over looking the region of Annapurna Himalayan ranges. In the evening prepare for the trek. Q/N.

Day 4 : Pokhara – Bijayapur – Kalikathan
We will start our trek after lunch, traveling first by Transport up to the Bijapur khola and then walking uphill for about 3-4 hours through Bahon and Chettri villages. Skyline camp will be set up around Kalikasthan area.

Day 5 : Kalikathan – Shyanklung
The trail continues along the forested ridge top through Thulokot to Mati Thana, where there are a few tea shop, there is a short climb, Then the trek reached Naudanda (notto be confuse with the Naudanda west of Pokhara) continue along the ridge to a school at Lipini village, the make a steep but short climb through forest to the Gurung village of Shuanmklung at 1730m.

Day 6 : Shyanklung – Chisopani
The Himalayan skyline continues to change as the route comes abreast of Annapurna II Lamjung Himal, Manasulu and Himalchuli from shyanlung. The trail drops steeply down the south side of the hill to a large tree, a chautaara several tea shops and a police check post. This is a trail junction, trails lead from here west to Begnas Tal and east to the Marsyangdi Khola. The Royal Trek route climbs Chisopani winding around back of the hill to the village. A short distance above Chisopani village is a high knoll where there is a small temple. This is chisopani Danda, meaning Chsipani ridge top. The camp here has splendid mountain views.

Day 7 : Chisopani – Begnas Tal - Pokhara
From Chisopani Danda, descend along the fidge for an hour or so, then descend steeply on the stone step into a smaoll valey and a 188 Annapurna Region - The Royal Trek stream that feeds Rupa Tal. Continue for a short distance through the rice field. Then make a final ascent to the ridge that separates Begnas Tal and Rupa Tal, on a wide path you will share with many local people. From the ridge, descend into the Begnas Bazzar and to Pokhara.

Day 8 : Pokhara - Kathmandu
From Pokhara the tourist buss leave early morning to Kthmandu. It takes same hours that take from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Still you will have a time for walking around Kathnaudu

Day 9 : doing Extra activities in Kathmandu or Departure to your destination,
