The trek to Ghorepani - Poon Hill, which is located in Annapurna region, is truly called as all the easy and best of the trekking in Nepal.

This trek offers the spectacular mountain scenery along with charming villages inhabited particularly by the Gurungs & Magars, dense rhododendron forests full of birds and deep sub-tropical valleys, all set below the Annapurnas with the picturesque peak of Machhapuchhare (Fishtail Mountain) dominating the skyline.

One of the important highlight of this trip is to make a hiking to Poon Hill, possibly the most spectacular mountain scapes on Earth. When sun rises, it touches the snow-capped summits the Himalayan giants, Dhaulagiri (8,167m) Annapurna (8,091m) and Annapurna south 7219m along with a maze of other peaks, there gradually appear, just like magic that your eye could not believe.

Ghorepani Poonhill Trekking Itinerary:

Day 01 : Kathmandu arrival/ transfer to hotel/ our represent will be at the airport to receive you on your arrival.

Day 02 : Kathmandu guided city tour.
Day 03 : Kathmandu - Pokhara by bus (6 hr. driving)/ Hotel
Day 04 : Pokhara - New Bridge (Birethati) driving for one hr. and walk to trek Tirkhedunga
Day 05 : Trek to Ghodepani
Day 06 : Poon Hill and trek to Tadapani
Day 07 : Trek to Ghandruk visit gurung village.
Day 08 : Birethati and back to Pokhara
Day 09 : Drive or fly back Kathmandu.
